Leadership Team

Dr. Yared Alemu

Dr. Yared Alemu

Founder and CEO

Dr. Alemu has over 20 years of experience as a psychologist, clinical supervisor, researcher, and administrator. He is an expert in digital mental healthcare and using technology to support precision and individualized treatment approaches to mental health treatment. TQI’s voice biomarker product, Clarity AI, provides objective insights into the impact of trauma on the human brain. Most importantly, the technology Dr. Alemu’s team develops translates these objective insights into clinical application to support therapists in a problematic clinical setting to improve the quality of young lives.

These brain-based insights are essential for the system of care that provides mental health services for 5-Million children and adolescents from low-income families; despite an investment of 250 billion annually, there is limited evidence that it has made a tangible difference in the lives of youth from low-income communities. TQI’s digital mental health solutions address the stubborn disparities in mental health treatment outcomes. We are working with providers, payers, policymakers, and families to improve the quality of life for young people collaboratively.
