    Founder and CEO

    Solving a big problem, so few understand in a startup environment is a challenge. Our team, including our talented interns, are motivated by the concept of the “outlier People;” we believe we are part of this community that “Inspirational people solving aspirational challenges.” We are convinced that we can make a significant social impact and make money by taking on complicated and multilayer healthcare problems that are primarily caused by poverty. Our innovation is targeting both the clinical and the operational of behavioral healthcare ecosystem in the publicly funded sector.

    Aki Onozuka-Evans

    Director, Business Strategy

    Aki is an experienced management consultant with over 15 years’ experience on national and international strategic planning projects in various industries. At TQIntelligence, Aki will define strategic directions while assessing all critical elements to the organization, including marketing, process engineering, product development and organization design.

    Donald Lamar​

    Director, Business Development Federal Markets

    Donald is a seasoned Business Development Consultant, Entrepreneur and Senior Program Manager with over 25 years’ experience in the Federal, State, and commercial markets guiding innovative companies to define and reach goals and other key measures of success. Leveraging a unique combination of technical and strategic abilities in a consultative approach to solve business challenges with emphasis on Big Data Analytics Strategy, Donald applies the methodologies, standards, and principles need to penetrate markets vested in the client’s interest.

     

     

    David Luxton, PH.D.​

    Chief Science and Strategic Officer

    David has been focusing his research and writings in the areas of technology-based psychological treatments, telehealth, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) applications in mental health care. Much of his work has been on telemental health with an emphasis on clinical best-practices. He served as a Principal Investigator or Co-Investigator on several federally funded clinical trials. He provides subject matter expertise and consultation in the areas of telehealth and technology in mental health.

     

     

     

    Nicholas Fraunfelder​

    CFO

    Nick Joined TQI, after he exited Clockwise.MD, a healthcare IT startup, which he was the first employee and leader of Clockwise.MD's Sales, Finance, and HR departments. Nick has an extensive history of building companies from the bottom up, including Clockwise.MD that he took from $0 ARR to a successful exit on April 27, 2017. At the time of exit Clockwise had over 30 employees and 250 clients using its patient engagement tools across 1,600 clinical locations. Nick led 3 successful rounds of financing. Nick also achieved 12 consecutive months of 10% month over month revenue growth.     Bruce Meeks Jr.

    Lead Software Engineer

    Bruce recently joined TQI as a Consultant and Lead Software Engineer, as part of his history of collaboration with innovative companies. This involvement with TQIntelligence is partly driven by his interest in blending his concern on social issues with technological solutions. In the same breadth he's adamant about collaborating with the Georgia Tech community to build disruptive technology. A seasoned software engineer, he brings 11 years full-time industry experience and an additional 3 years of full-time entrepreneurship.     Anshuj Deva

    Data Analytics and Visualization Intern

    Anshuij is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Biomedical Innovation and Development at Georgia Tech. He brings to TQI his background implementing smart technologies to low-resourced to address health disparities globally.

    Sonal Jain

    Director of Product Development

    Sonal graduated with a Master's in Computer Science (specialization: Visual Analytics) from Georgia Institute of Technology. She has four years of work experience, two of which she spent starting and building her startup, The Souled Store. At TQIntelligence, she focuses on managing the TQAnalytics and TQIntelligence projects as well as leading a group of four interns. She's passionate about working on tough ideas, taking them from an abstract nothing to a real functional product. She's currently obsessed with the show Shameless and reading Cheryl Strayed's Tiny Beautiful Things.

    Jasdev Sachdeva

    Data Analytics and Visualization Intern

    Jasdev is a Graduate student at Georgia State University studying Masters in Information Systems. His major interest lies in managing structured and unstructured databases along with software engineering aspects. As an Intern at TQIntelligence, he would be involved in developing creative dashboards through JS/D3 by analyzing patients’ database using machine learning algorithms. He enjoys photography and playing instruments in his free time.

     

     

    Ruhani Chawla

    Data Analyst and Android Development Intern

    Ruhani is pursuing her Masters in information systems at Georgia State University. Most of her experience lies in the Mobile application development based on Java and Linux platforms. As an Intern at TQIntelligence, she would be responsible for developing android application for analyzing patients data. She is an avid reader, and her favorite author is Sidney Sheldon. Her favorite books include The Naked Face, Are you afraid of the dark. She also likes swimming in her pastime.

    ANKITA GUPTA

    Data Analytics Intern

    Ankita is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Master of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Tech. She is part of the TQI team developing the proprietary dashboards to help address behavioral health organizations clinical and operational efficiency.

    Haoyun Fu

    Data Analytics and Machine Learning Intern

    Haoyun is a Ph.D. candidate in Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. Haoyun is practicing machine learning for an extended period, and bring his experience in using this technique to handle big data collected to train predictive models for building energy usage across Georgia Tech.
